We charge a fixed price of SGD $899 for website design up to 20 pages.

This price includes 1 year complimentary new domain registration and web hosting (5GB disk space) with 10 email accounts. There are no extra hidden costs.

If you want to be able to update your website content on your own, our custom-built Content Management System (CMS) is an additional, one-time cost of $99.

There are absolutely no setup fees and no contracts.

We provide complimentary new domain name registration and web hosting for 1 year if required.

The only ongoing/recurring costs for your website are for annual domain name and web hosting renewal after that first year ($20-60 for domain name, $140 for hosting).

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit of $225 ($250 with CMS) to secure your spot in the build line. This deposit will be put towards the final cost of your site.

We'll send you an invoice, and you may pay online using Paypal, Credit Card, PayNow or by Bank Transfer. Full details will be included on the invoice.

Please note that we do not accept payments by cheque.

25% of total fee due immediately upon signed letter of agreement and before work commences.

75% balance due immediately upon delivery of the completed website, hosted and "live".

We do not provide refunds once payment is made; either for the deposit or the full payment once your site is launched.

Open and honest communication regarding the build process of your site is essential. You are, in essence, building the site with us.

We do not build anything into your site unless it is approved by you first.

Due to our current schedule, we are unable to accommodate in-person meetings for sit-down discussions. All project communication will be conducted via phone and email. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

No. We provide complimentary domain name registration and web hosting as added value to our customers only. The cost is still $899.

After you approve the design and kindly make payment of the deposit, we will set up a live development website within 24-36 hours. This development website will be active 24/7 all the way until your actual website is launched. A link will be sent to you so you can monitor the progress of your website as it's being built.

It will take 3-5 days to layout all the pages of your site, and then another 5-7 days to add content and test the site repeatedly before it's launched.

Your involvement is essential - you'll be required to provide meaningful feedback and approvals at various stages, so your availability and capacity to make decisions will be critical.

We will need your logo, any proprietary images, and the text content you wish to feature on your site.

You can either send your website content via email, or if you prefer, we can provide access to our secure server for you to upload these materials to us.

Establishing content as the foundational starting point for the planning, design and development of a website is absolutely crucial for many reasons.

Instead of forcing content into a beautiful design, the beautiful design should be created around the actual content to highlight the most important information in a meaningful and user-friendly way.

It is important to note that we do not provide copywriting services. This means that we do not write your content for you. Our job is to restructure your content, so that information about your products and services is well-organised and effectively and efficiently conveyed to your website visitors.

If you don't have content ready for your website, we may not be the best fit for your project.

No. We do not use pre-built themes or templates. All our websites are custom hand-coded and created in-house.

No. We do not build e-commerce websites, or websites that require payment integration features. Our fixed price package is tailored for informational websites.

Yes. Each additional language costs SGD $99 and you are required to provide all translated content.

No. Despite being extremely powerful, in our opinion the learning curve for these open-source CMS can be steep and time-consuming, and surely you have more important things to do - like running your business. We use our own custom CMS

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and safeguarding any sensitive data that is being sent between two systems, preventing hackers from reading and modifying any information transferred, including potential personal details. It uses encryption algorithms to scramble that data in transit, preventing hackers from reading it as it is sent over the connection. This information could be anything sensitive or personal which can include credit card numbers and other financial information, names and email addresses.

HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) appears in the URL when a website is secured by an SSL certificate. The details of the certificate, including the issuing authority and the corporate name of the website owner, can be viewed by clicking on the lock symbol on the browser bar.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the process of optimising your website to show up on Google search results for various keyword searches related to your business.

We are not SEO consultants and do not guarantee first page Google results with our websites.

However, we code using clean, semantic HTML markup so that search engines can easier distinguish the importance level of each web page’s different parts and what message is being conveyed.

Our experience shows that the best approach to SEO is a wholesome and honest approach to quality content.

Responsive web design is a way of building a single website that works effectively on both desktop browsers and the mass of mobile devices on the market. Responsive architecture gives the best quality browsing experience - whether on a smartphone, tablet, netbook or e-reader, and regardless of the operating system.

As of April 2015, Google's search algorithms now favor websites which are responsive/mobile friendly that adjust for smaller screens. Link

No. We don't take over or maintain existing websites built on WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, WIX, Weebly, Squarespace, Shopify or any other framework or platform.

We only support websites that we have designed and built.

Yes. You'll need access to your domain control panel so you can update the Domain Name Servers (DNS) to "point" to our hosting servers.

Once the DNS has propagated worldwide (which can take up to 48 hours), your website will then be accessible when visitors type your domain name in a web browser.

Certainly. You have the freedom to choose whether to host with us or remain with your existing web host. It's your decision, and we don't "force" you to host with us.

Staying with your existing host may be preferable in certain situations, as switching hosts can potentially lead to downtime or disruptions in hosting services. This is particularly relevant if you already have email accounts configured with your current host, as we do not facilitate the migration of email messages or attachments.

We will need to check that your existing host meets the minimum PHP requirements. This ensures the security of your site and will also make your site faster as newer PHP versions are faster. If your existing host is not suitable, you'll either have to host with us OR upgrade your hosting server.

You do. The website is your property and can be taken with you if you ever choose to move to a different host. We provide complimentary web hosting and new domain registration for 1 year.

Before accepting your deposit, we will create a custom mock-up of your site's homepage. You will be required to approve and sign off on the design as this will be the final blueprint for your site before we commence work. Aside from minor tweaks, this design remains unchanged.

Yes. You'll have a 6 months maintenance period. During that time we'll update your website content for you on a bi-weekly basis.

After 6 months, we charge a fee of SGD $80 per hour or part thereof for updates.

Of course, any issues or bugs with your website that are code-related will be attended to at no charge.

Every website we build is fully compatible with the latest, stable releases of modern web browsers (Safari, Firefox, Opera, Chrome & Microsoft Edge) for desktop and mobile, except for much older and unsupported versions of each browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6-11).
